Poly Ad Tours offers two experiences that go beyond the typical tourist trail: Pearl Harbor for history buffs and the Big Island volcano adventure for those seeking dramatic landscapes.

The Pearl Harbor component covers one of America's most pivotal historical moments. The Volcano Adventour includes helicopter flights over active volcanic formations, then ground exploration. When helicopters can't fly due to weather or operational reasons, guests continue on an extended land tour including Rainbow Falls and Hilo Town, with a refund issued for the helicopter portion only. Early returns to Honolulu are the guest's responsibility, with any additional airline or taxi fees applying.

The volcano tour requires a 7-day cancellation policy due to coordinating helicopter flights and inter-island travel.

Poly Ad Tours maintains distinct cancellation policies for each tour. Pearl Harbor offers a full refund if canceled more than 48 hours before departure, with no refund for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows. The Volcano Adventour provides full refunds if canceled more than 168 hours (7 days) before departure, with no refunds for cancellations within 7 days or no-shows. All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the tour date. No refunds or partial refunds are provided for cancellations due to circumstances beyond their control, including weather or force majeure.
