The company offers flexible scheduling, though any tour changes need 48 hours advance notice and depend on availability. Each booking maintains minimum capacity requirements. While advanced notice will be provided when possible, tour cancellations may occur up until the activity start time.

For wildlife viewing activities, please note that turtle sightings are not guaranteed as turtles are wildlife and there is no 100% guarantee to see them. The company has no control over the number of turtles you may see on any given day. Additionally, snorkeling may be limited during winter months due to high surf conditions.

Planning your booking? Full refunds are available with 48 hours cancellation notice, but shorter notice and no-shows result in full charges. Go Oahu cardholders can use their cards for this experience—just bring it for validation on tour day. In the event the GoCard number provided cannot be validated on the day of the tour, the credit card on file will automatically be charged the full price. Go Hawaii Tours is not responsible for any GoCard issues or restrictions, and all guests are subject to any terms and conditions included in their GoCard purchase.
