We start every session on dry land with 15-30 minutes of ground school. You'll master safety protocols and learn the basics before touching water-trust me, this foundation makes all the difference once you're out there. Then comes the real fun: three separate 10-minute water runs that guarantee you a full 30 minutes of actual ride time.

Between each session, you get two 5-minute breaks for rest and feedback. Here's the best part-those breaks don't eat into your water time. The entire lesson runs about 1-1.5 hours, giving you plenty of opportunity to find your foil legs and experience that incredible sensation of hovering above the waves.

We meet at Sand Island on the South Shore, where calm conditions create the perfect learning environment. Each student gets their own efoil, so you're never waiting around or sharing equipment.
