About this experience
This full-day tour circles Oahu with local guides, combining sightseeing stops with food tastings along the way. It starts with a light local breakfast, Leonard's Malasadas and a bottle of water, served at Halona Blowhole. Sandy Beach is a drive-through stop, followed by Nu'uanu Pali Lookout for views of ocean and mountains. The Byodo-In Temple, a replica of a historic Japanese temple, is next on the route. A tropical macadamia nut farm offers samples of local coffees and treats, making it a good spot to pick up gifts. The Kahuku Fruit Stand is known for fried local banana and locally grown exotic fruits. Waimea Valley includes a waterfall and lush foliage. Historic Haleiwa Town covers surf, sun, sand, and sea, and Matsumoto Shave Ice is available as an optional purchase. The day finishes at Dole Plantation, home of the original Dole Whip.
