About this experience
Premium Class is a hands-on cooking and dining experience held in the Diamond Head area of Oahu. Participants work alongside a chef-instructor to prepare and cook a multi-course menu, then sit down together at a communal table to enjoy the meal they have made. A complimentary glass of wine, beer, or another beverage of choice is included.
If a participant is the first to book a session, the chef-instructor will build a suggested menu around a chosen cuisine and can incorporate specific dishes the participant wants to learn.
Comfortable, casual clothing is practical since the class involves active kitchen work. The experience combines instruction with a shared meal, so participants should plan to stay through the full session to get the complete hands-on and dining portion of the class.
