The shared charter runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, with a certified captain and crew on board throughout the trip.
Shortly after leaving the dock, guests can grab a drink while the crew hoists the sail. A fishing line may go out along the way, and the water can produce sightings of Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins, Pilot Whales, Bottlenose Dolphins, Humpback Whales during their season, and Flying Fish.
The crew prepares and plates a pupu tasting menu on board. The spread includes Short Rib Steak, Seared Ahi Tuna Green Salad, Local Herbed Chicken, Sweet and Spicy Yellowfin Sushi Spoon, and Hawaii Style Fried Rice, with complementing garnishes and dressings.
