About this experience
The class meets at Moku Hawaii Surf Shop and opens with a demo session on land, where participants learn the techniques they will need before moving into the water. Equipment is provided, including surf or paddle boards, protective water shoes, and rash guards. Guests check in at the shop shortly before the session begins.
Because all gear is covered, there is no need to source equipment separately ahead of time.
Moku Hawaii runs the lesson out of its surf shop, which serves as both the check-in point and the starting location for the land portion of the class. The session covers what participants need to attempt surfing, with the demo portion designed to prepare them before they enter the water. Those joining should be ready to follow guided instruction in a shared group setting.
