Booking comes with instant confirmation and comprehensive cancellation policies. Group excursions require 24-hour phone cancellation notice for full refunds, while IV Therapy excursions need 48 hours. Weather cancellations, unforeseen circumstances, or not meeting minimum capacity result in automatic full refunds or free rescheduling options.

Private charters follow different rules—seven days' notice gets you a full refund, 6-3 days prior receives 50% back, and cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

PADI and SSI eLearn fees become non-refundable once assigned. When certification course refunds are approved, you'll receive the total course cost minus the issuing agency's current eLearn MSRP.
