Private charters follow different rules-seven days' notice gets you a full refund, 6-3 days prior receives 50% back, and cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
PADI and SSI eLearn fees become non-refundable once assigned. When certification course refunds are approved, you'll receive the total course cost minus the issuing agency's current eLearn MSRP.

No-shows and cancellations made less than 24/48 hours are non-refundable. In case of operator cancellation due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or not meeting minimum capacity, customers will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no charge. Private charters: Must be canceled via phone at least 7 days prior for a full refund. 50% refund if canceled 6–3 days prior, and no refund if canceled within 48 hours. PADI and SSI eLearn fees are non-refundable once assigned. Certification course refunds, if approved, will equal total course cost less the issuing agency's current eLearn MSRP.
