What is the cancellation policy for Professional Video and Photo package?
Cancellations must be made via phone at least 24 hours before group excursions or 48 hours before IV Therapy excursions to receive a full refund. No-shows and cancellations made less than 24/48 hours are non-refundable. In case of operator cancellation due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or not meeting minimum capacity, customers will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no charge. Private charters: Must be canceled via phone at least 7 days prior for a full refund. 50% refund if canceled 6–3 days prior, and no refund if canceled within 48 hours. PADI and SSI eLearn fees are non-refundable once assigned.
