The SSI Advanced Open Water Diver program offered by Ocean Therapy Charters is a flexible certification path for divers who want to expand their skills before committing to full specialty training. The program covers Deep Diving and Navigation, plus additional specialty areas of the diver's choosing, giving participants a broad look at what advanced training involves. Credits earned here can apply toward full specialty certifications later.
The program meets at Ala Wai Small Boat Harbor in Honolulu and includes either all boat dives or a combination of boat and shore dives, along with SSI eLearning materials. Dive gear is not included but is available to rent. The training schedule is arranged after booking, making it a practical option for people with busy or irregular schedules. Parking, transportation, and any fees for additional training days are not covered. The eLearning fee is non-refundable once assigned.
