In case of operator cancellation due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or not meeting minimum capacity, customers will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no charge. Private charter video services need 7 days advance notice for full refunds, with 50% refunds available 6-3 days prior, and no refund if canceled within 48 hours. PADI and SSI eLearn fees are non-refundable once assigned.
