About this experience
No prior swimming or diving experience is required to join.
Beginners take part in a PADI Discovery Experience, starting with basic skills practice in shallow water before descending to a deeper reef. Certified divers follow a guided tank dive and can go to a greater depth than beginners. The activity can also serve as a PADI refresher for certified divers who have not been in the water for a while.
Ola ParaDive sends the confirmed meeting location by text or email before the dive, since conditions can affect the exact spot. Guests should bring a towel, reef-friendly sunscreen, and water. Cameras and phones are not permitted underwater for uncertified participants, but a GoPro camera package is available to add at checkout for those who want photos or footage. Certified divers may bring their own underwater camera equipment.
