About this experience
The Beachboy Valet pairs each guest with a personal Waikiki beachboy for a session of ocean activities at Waikiki Beach, meeting at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel on Kalakaua Avenue. All equipment is provided, including a surfboard, stand-up paddleboard, outrigger canoe, and a rash guard to wear in the water.
The experience suits beginners and intermediate surfers, and children are welcome. Because the session is one-on-one, the pace and choice of activities adjust to what each guest wants to do.
Bring a towel and reef-safe sunscreen, as neither is included. Guests who are pregnant or have prior neck or back injuries should skip the surfing and stand-up paddling portions. Towels are available to registered Royal Hawaiian Hotel guests but not to outside visitors.
