Private Surf Trio (3 people)

This private surf lesson takes place on Waikīkī Beach directly in front of The Royal Hawaiian hotel, where Waikīkī Beach Services operates its check-in counter steps from the water. The lesson begins with a safety briefing on the beach, covering the basics before the group heads into the water with an instructor for hands-on surfing practice. All instructors are CPR and lifeguard certified, and the lesson can be tailored to the group's experience level, making it suitable for beginners and those with some prior time on a board.

A surfboard and rash guard are included for each participant. Towels, reef-safe sunscreen, and swimwear should be brought along. Lockers and storage for valuables are not available, so personal items should be secured elsewhere before arriving. Participants must be comfortable swimming and able to handle being submerged. Guests with prior neck or back injuries or who are pregnant should not take part. An electronic liability waiver, sent with the confirmation email, must be completed before the lesson.
