Private Group or solo Mobility with Nikki

This mobility and movement session with instructor Nikki takes place indoors at the Yoga Waikiki Studio inside the Diamond Head Tower of the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort and Spa, unless a different setting is requested.

The session covers form and function, flexibility and posture, and includes guided meditation and motivation. Nikki draws on a background in professional dance, GoGo, and contortion, with residencies at venues including the Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, Venetian, and Sheraton, as well as a background in kinesiology, sports performance, personal training, and nutrition. She connects the human body's capabilities to how cars operate through her BODEMECHANIKS training approach, bringing that framework to her class offerings.

The format is available for solo participants or private groups, so it works for travelers coming alone or with companions. Physical intensity is moderate. The meeting point is Yoga Waikiki Studio at Kalakaua Ave in Waikiki, inside the Diamond Head Tower. Lessons are held indoors unless participants request otherwise, making this a consistent indoor option regardless of outdoor conditions.
