Honey Flight & Bites
Guests choose between two tasting options: a flight of Hawaiian raw and artisan infused honeys, or a selection of honeys from around the world paired with Hawaiian honeys. Both options come with a seasonal artisan charcuterie board featuring fruits, cheeses, cured meats, and accompaniments. Each person also takes home a jar of honey tasted during the session, either a larger jar of Hawaiian honey or a smaller jar of infused honey. The shop remains open to other visitors during standard sessions, and private bookings can be arranged by contacting the operator directly. Drinks are not included but available for purchase, and guests are welcome to bring their own cup or glass. Street parking is metered nearby, and a public parking lot is a short walk away.

Kailua Honey operates out of a suite in Kailua and offers food and farm experiences centered on Hawaii's honeybees and small-batch honey products. Visitors can join a guided tasting led by resident beekeeper Richard or a member of his team, learning about bee ecology and social structure while sampling handcrafted infused honeys. An optional upgrade lets guests compare Hawaiian honey with varieties from other parts of the world. A self-guided honey flight lets guests explore small-batch products made on Oahu by the company's honey mixologists at their own pace. The mochi waffle experience brings together a gluten-free waffle served with coconut, lemon, and whiskey creamed honeys, seasonal fruit, and a choice of coffee or coconut water. Each person also takes home a jar of creamed honey.
