Chocolate Factory Tour & Tasting

A member of the production team leads the walk through every stage of the process, from how cacao is harvested, fermented and dried, to how it is roasted, winnowed, ground, milled, conched and tempered. Tastings happen at each stage along the way. The tour is offered in English and Japanese. Guests must wear hair, face and shoe coverings inside the production area, and these are provided. Service animals can be accommodated in the tasting salon but not inside the production area.
