All equipment is provided and is easy to use, so no prior familiarity with the technology is needed. Visitors can choose from several experiences. One places them on the deck of the USS Utah during the attack. Another puts them in the cockpit of a Japanese fighter plane departing a carrier north of Oahu and heading toward Pearl Harbor. A third transports visitors to the main deck of the USS Arizona on the day it was sunk by an armor-piercing bomb, providing a full deck-level perspective. A fourth lets visitors explore the USS Arizona as it rests on the harbor floor, including gun emplacements and areas where survivors' remains are interred alongside their shipmates. The center is located in the courtyard of the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. Check-in requires a confirmation. This experience does not include boat tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial.
