North Shore Tour
The Surf Bus picks up travelers at their Waikiki hotel in the morning and heads along the east side of Oahu toward the North Shore, passing through Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Waimea Bay, and Haleiwa Town. Admission to Waimea Valley is included. Travelers choose their activity from available equipment, which includes snorkels, bicycles, bodyboards, kayaks, or stand-up paddleboards. Lunch is provided in place of one activity rental. In Haleiwa Town, travelers can kayak or stand up paddle, or walk through the area and visit art galleries, shave-ice stands, and shops in plantation-era buildings. Hotel drop-off is included at the end of the day. The tour runs in the morning and is rated easy with low physical intensity. Bring a bathing suit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, and comfortable shoes. Check email in the days before departure for any updates, and have a mobile number available in case the operator needs to reach you before or during the tour.
North Shore Tour from Ko Olina
The Surf Bus picks up guests directly from Ko Olina resorts and travels along the Koolau Mountain range to Oahu's North Shore, stopping at beaches including Pipeline, which is featured during winter months. The day includes a visit to Waimea Valley, where guests can walk through lush gardens, explore a cultural center, and have the chance to swim at the waterfall when lifeguards determine conditions are safe. Admission to Waimea Valley is included, along with a choice of snorkel gear or bicycle rental. Other stops include Shark's Cove, Haleiwa Town for shops and shave ice, Tropical Farms for macadamia nut samples, and the Dole Plantation, where guests can learn about pineapple cultivation and try a Pineapple Whip. Bring swimwear, a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, comfortable walking shoes, a hat, a water bottle, and a camera. Exclusive Circle Island
The Exclusive Circle Island tour picks up guests in Waikiki and travels around Oahu, stopping at a series of landmarks along the way. Early stops include Diamond Head, Halona Blowhole, and Sandy's Lava Flow, followed by Dole Pavilion for shopping and pineapple history. The tour then continues to Haleiwa before reaching Waimea for a hike and a swim, when available. Entrance fees for Waimea and Byodo Temple are covered, and a light meal is included. The tour is rated easy in difficulty, with a moderate physical intensity, so some walking and activity is involved. It is weather-dependent, which can affect what is available on a given day. Bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, a water bottle, a camera, and hiking shoes to make the most of the stops along the route.

The Surf Bus operates sightseeing and activity tours on Oahu, picking up guests from Waikiki hotels and Ko Olina resorts for full-day trips around the island. The tours travel along the east side of the island, passing through areas near Diamond Head, the Halona Blowhole, and Sandy's before heading north along the Koolau Mountain range toward the North Shore.
