Parasail
Parasail takes place on the water off Waikiki, launching from a slip along Ala Moana Boulevard in Honolulu. Participants fly above the ocean surface and can see Diamond Head and the Waikiki coastline from the air. The operator describes the experience as a peaceful ride in the sky, and notes that it suits those who feel nervous about heights. No prior experience is required before going up. Check-in happens before departure, and a safety briefing is given on the boat. The flight is included in the booking, and participants return to the same departure point when the flight is done. Observers are welcome to come along on the boat without parasailing. Bring a swimsuit, towel, a change of clothes, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a water bottle. Swimsuits, towels, and sunscreen are not included in the booking. Arriving early for check-in before the scheduled departure time is required.
2-Hour Waikiki Snorkel Adventure
After a greeting and orientation from staff, guests board a boat and travel along the Waikiki coastline, passing Diamond Head, before anchoring at a snorkeling spot to explore marine life. Snorkeling equipment and experienced guides are included. The boat has an underwater viewing room and full-size restrooms on board. Snacks and water are included, and additional drinks are available for purchase on board. The tour is BYOB friendly as well. The activity is rated easy with low physical intensity, and basic swimming ability is required. Transportation to and from the meeting point is not included, and a fuel surcharge, taxes, and fees are also not covered in the base price. The activity is weather dependent and may be rescheduled or canceled based on conditions. Plan to bring swimwear, a towel, high-SPF water-resistant sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, water shoes or sandals, and a light jacket or cover-up.
