This shuttle service connects Waikiki to Haleiwa Town on Oahu's North Shore, picking up riders at several Waikiki hotels and restaurants before heading north. Pickup locations include Hilton Hawaiian Village, Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ on Lewers Street, Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, and Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort and Spa. Hotel pickup beyond those stops is available for an extra fee. The shuttle makes stops at Haleiwa Town, the North Shore Marketplace, and Haleiwa Boat Harbor, then gives travelers a generous stretch of free time to explore at their own pace before the return ride departs from the Aloha General Store. Optional drop-offs at Waimea Valley and Ted's Bakery near Sunset Beach carry an additional fee and are not part of the base fare. Entrance fees to any attraction along the way are the traveler's responsibility. No professional guide is included. The ride operates as a shared service with other passengers, and gratuities are not included in the fare.

All itineraries include time in Haleiwa Town, where travelers can browse local shops, eat, and walk around at their own pace. A return shuttle brings everyone back to Waikiki later in the day. After the farm visit, the shuttle takes a scenic route along the North Shore coastline before stopping in Haleiwa Town, where travelers have free time to find lunch on their own, browse shops, or grab shave ice. The shuttle then returns to the same Waikiki pickup points. The tour is rated easy with low physical intensity, and it takes place both indoors and outdoors. Round-trip transportation and the workshop fee are included; lunch and gratuities are not, so bring cash or a card for Haleiwa. Wear comfortable walking shoes, apply sunscreen, and carry water.
