Turtle Canyon is a shallow reef known for green sea turtles gathering at a cleaning station, where tangs, wrasses, and other fish tend to their shells. Touching the turtles is prohibited by law. Nautilus Reef features Hawaiian hard corals along an elongated reef structure, with whitetip sharks commonly resting under lava rock ledges alongside moray eels, leaf scorpionfish, and octopus. Horseshoe Reef and Kewalo Pipe offer eels, pincushion starfish, antler coral, and a drainage pipe blanketed in coral, with spotted eagle rays sometimes visible in the distance.
