Shallow Reefs Tour

The Shallow Reefs Tour departs from Honolulu Harbor and gives both certified and non-certified divers a chance to explore shallow reef systems off Oahu. Non-certified divers start with a water skills session before heading out on a guided reef tour. Snorkeling is also available, making this a workable outing for a group that includes non-divers who want to join in. A ride-along option lets family or friends come aboard without participating in the water activities.

All premium gear and an in-water guide are included, along with a light snack and refreshments. Guests should bring reef-safe sunscreen, a swimsuit, and a towel. Confident swimming ability is expected, and the physical demands are moderate, so some comfort in open water is helpful before booking. Anyone who answers yes to the medical questionnaire needs a signed doctor's statement on hand. Non-certified divers cannot use cameras during the dive, though a photographer can be arranged. Plan to arrive at the harbor ahead of the scheduled check-in time, and note that diving requires a no-fly period afterward.
