Dinner is an all-you-can-eat international buffet prepared by The Buffet at Hyatt, featuring Hawaiian dishes, prime rib, crab legs, sushi, and vegetarian options. During this time, cast members visit tables with dance vignettes, and hula instruction is offered as part of the pre-show experience. A gift pack is provided to each guest.
The evening continues with the full Nā Lei Aloha hula show, which tells stories drawn from Hawaiian tradition through dance, chant, and music. The event runs indoors and outdoors and is not affected by weather. Gratuity and transportation are not included.
