About this experience
Inside the memorial, visitors can view the shrine room listing the names of sailors and marines lost during the attack, and see the oil still rising from the sunken battleship below.
After Pearl Harbor, the tour heads north through Haleiwa, past North Shore surfing beaches, and includes a lunch stop at Waimea Valley. Complimentary macadamia nuts are provided at Tropical Farms Macadamia Nut House. Photo stops are made at several locations along the route, including Nu`uanu Pali Lookout.
The return leg passes through Historic Downtown Honolulu, Chinatown, the State Capitol, the King Kamehameha Statue, Iolani Palace, Kawaiaha`o Church, and the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl Crater. Complimentary cold bottled water is available throughout. Lunch is not hosted.
