Cancellations and refunds are only processed 48 hours before booking date. All deposits are non-refundable. The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on trips and will only be responsible for making lost time at a mutually agreed date. Clients assume full financial liability for any damage to the car or shuttle caused during the rental by them or any member of their party. A fee of $100.00 applies for each carpet or seat burn, and a sanitation fee is $250.00. Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited.
