Ka Moana Luau holds Celebrity Seating at Aloha Tower Marketplace in Honolulu, where guests check in and move through an evening of Hawaiian and Polynesian cultural activities, a buffet dinner, and a live stage performance.

The package begins with a fresh flower lei greeting and a welcome mai tai. Before dinner, guests can try lei making, hula lessons, coconut-headband weaving, and Hawaiian drum lessons, and watch demonstrations of coconut tree climbing and fire making. The buffet includes kalua pork, grilled mahi mahi, shoyu chicken, lomi lomi salmon, traditional poi, and ube cheesecake, among other dishes. After dinner, a stage production highlights Hawaiian and Polynesian traditions and closes with a Polynesian fire sword performance. The evening ends with a cast meet-and-greet. Each guest receives drink tickets, table service during dinner, online drink ordering, a souvenir gift, and a Hawaiian snack bag. Optional transportation can be added at booking. The luau runs in rain or shine, and the operator will reach out if extreme weather requires a cancellation.
