SUP Lessons!

Stand-up paddleboarding lessons with Ohana Surf Project take place in Waikiki and are open to all experience levels, from first-timers finding their footing on the board to advanced paddlers refining technique and competitive strategy. Lessons are customized to each student's skill level and learning style, covering water safety, body positioning, board handling, and paddling fundamentals for beginners, while more experienced students work on correcting habits and strengthening technique.

The meeting point is the Ohana Surf Center inside the Waikiki Beach Marriott Hotel, where students check in and gear up before being shuttled to the beach location. Transportation to and from designated pickup spots in Waikiki is included, along with a paddleboard, paddle, long-sleeve rashguard, reef shoes, and a place to store belongings. After the lesson, students return to the shop to view any footage captured on the water, which is available for purchase separately.

Swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes are all that is needed.
