About this experience
No prior swimming or diving experience is required. Beginners take part in a PADI Discovery Experience, completing basic skills with a dive professional before heading into open water. Certified divers join a guided dive that reaches a greater maximum depth than the beginner track. The activity can also be structured as a PADI Refresher for certified divers who have not been in the water for some time.
The dive location varies depending on the season and conditions. Possible sites include Electric Beach, Magic Island, Point Panic, Sharks Cove, Three Tables, and the Haleiwa trench, among others. The assigned dive professional selects the site.
Per PADI regulations, uncertified divers may not bring personal cameras or phones underwater. A GoPro camera package is available as an add-on at checkout for those who want photos or footage of the experience.
