About this experience
Paina Waikiki, The Luau at Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort and Spa takes place outdoors on select evenings at the Waikiki Beach Marriott on Kalakaua Avenue. Guests are welcomed with a flower lei greeting and a mai tai before settling in for a Hawaiian luau buffet that covers a wide range of dishes and dietary needs.
The dinner spread includes salads made with local greens, Kamuela tomatoes, lomi lomi salmon, and Hanalei poi. A carving station offers slow-roasted prime rib served with smoked au jus and horseradish cream. The buffet line features huli huli chicken, above ground smoked kalua pork, seared island fish, Molokai style sweet potatoes, and island fried rice. Desserts include haupia, coconut creme, and pineapple upside down cake, with Kona blend coffee and assorted teas to finish.
