Mountain Vista - Sunset Group Horseback Ride

This guided horseback ride runs on private land along the southern slopes of the Wai'anae Mountains, a location not open to the general public. The route follows a coastal view trail, and the ride is timed to take place during the golden hours before sunset. Views of the western and southern coastlines are included along the way, and cattle may be grazing on the rolling hills during the ride.

Horses are assigned based on rider weight. Before heading out, every rider attends a short safety demonstration. Helmets are provided and required for all guests. Saddlebags are available to hold phones and cameras, keeping hands free during the ride. On the return leg, the guide stops the group at a designated picture spot, and complimentary photos are taken there.

Check-in takes place before the ride begins, and all guests sign a safety waiver at that time. Parents or guardians must sign on behalf of children. After dismounting, staff guide guests through feeding the horses. Drinks are available for purchase before and after the ride.
