Mountain Vista - Sunshine Private Ride takes place in the Waianae Mountains near Kapolei, departing from the meeting point on Palehua Road. The ride ends with a photo stop, and guides will take pictures using a personal phone or camera at no extra charge.

Horses are assigned by weight before departure, and that assignment cannot be changed. Riders select a fitted helmet at check-in, provided at no extra cost, and store phones and small items in a provided saddlebag, since backpacks are not allowed on the trail. A safety demonstration is required before mounting. The tour suits couples, families, and small groups, and minors need a parent or guardian to sign the safety waiver at check-in. The trail does not allow trotting or cantering, as the terrain requires a walking pace throughout. Water and drinks are not included but can be purchased on site.
