About this experience
Ruckus Sportfishing & Diving takes certified divers and beginners alike to explore Hawaii's underwater sites from Oahu. Dive sites include WWII era wrecks, shipwrecks, and reef dives home to bright reef fish, Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles, and the octopus known locally as tako. A dedicated Dive Master or Dive Instructor guides every dive, and the operator recognizes nearly all certification types, from NAUI to PADI. Divers who hold a certification card should bring it along.
Trips are available in the early morning, afternoon, and at night, with inter-island, special request, and VIP options also offered. Gear rental is available for those who need it. Physical intensity is rated moderate, and confident swimming ability is required. Participants meet at the location, as hotel pickup is not included.
Bring swimwear, a water bottle, a camera, and food or drinks for the trip. A good attitude is also on the packing list, as the operator notes.
