Trident Adventures offers scuba training courses for divers who want to build on existing certification. Specialty course options include DPV, Wreck, and NITROX, among others, with availability varying by date. The Rescue Diver course focuses on diver safety, teaching students how to keep themselves and others safe in the water. Students start with First Aid, CPR, and Emergency Oxygen coursework, then receive digital Rescue Diver materials. The Divemaster course is also available for those pursuing a professional path under PADI or SSI.
Rescue Diver candidates must hold an Advanced Open Water Certification, carry a current First Aid, CPR, and Emergency Oxygen certification, and provide valid medical clearance from a licensed physician. Classes meet at the Trident Adventures shop, located at Aloha Tower in Honolulu. Checking the calendar for available dates before planning is recommended, as specialty course options vary.
