Check-in takes place at the Nalo Kai Lounge on the boardwalk level, where a locker rental is provided. A dining credit and a retail credit are included with the package. Guests should complete the activity waiver before arriving and bring a bathing suit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, a refillable water bottle, and a valid ID.
