What is the cancellation policy for Dive Certifications?
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made by direct phone call to Waikiki Dive Center at 808-922-2121 during business hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM HST). A minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled check-in time is required for bookings of up to four divers. Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of all payments. No-shows (failure to check in within 15 minutes of scheduled time) are non-refundable. Training course refunds are structured: Day 1 = $300 non-refundable, Day 2 = $150, Day 3 = $100, Day 4+ = $0.
