About this experience

As a certified diver, you'll discover why Oahu's waters rank among the Pacific's premier diving destinations on this magnificent 2 tank shipwreck and/or reef boat dive - certified only Honolulu experience. The Waikiki Dive Center provides daily access to legendary sites, including the Sea Tiger-Oahu's deepest recreational wreck at 123 feet, offering incredible 200-foot visibility and thrilling swim-through opportunities.

Every Sunday morning brings something special: an exclusive two-tank wreck tour that combines multiple historic vessels in one unforgettable adventure. You'll explore the YO-257 and San Pedro double wreck formation, where these World War II and Korean War veterans rest just 50 yards apart at depths of 90 and 85 feet respectively. The Nashua Navy Tug, a 109-foot artificial reef sunk in 2012, delivers pristine diving at 65 feet, while the volcanic Ewa Pinnacles showcase ancient lava formations adorned with vibrant Hawaiian corals at 75-100 feet depths.

The marine life here is extraordinary. Expect encounters with endangered Hawaiian monk seals, humpback whales, and complex coral formations. Specialty sites like Nautilus Reef attract octopuses and large eels, while Kewalo Pipe features massive barracuda schools and Oahu's largest moray eels. Weather-dependent site selection ensures you'll always dive in optimal conditions for safety and visibility.

This certified-only adventure requires participants to be 15 years or older and includes premier diving gear, equipment, and transportation between the Waikiki shop and departure harbors at Kewalo Basin or Maunalua Bay. Check-in occurs at 424 Nahua Street in Honolulu, with GoPro rentals available on-site.

Bring your swimsuit, sunscreen, towel, and waterproof camera, and remember to plan dive trips at least 18 hours before any flights. Starting from $79 per person, this magnificent 2 tank shipwreck and/or reef boat dive - certified only experience delivers world-class wreck diving in Hawaii's pristine waters.
