About this experience
The Private Sunset Tour with Hawaii Apex Charters LLC meets at Ala Moana Boulevard in Honolulu and heads along the southern coastline of Oahu. The route takes guests past Waikiki and toward Diamond Head Crater, timing the cruise to catch the sunset. The boat is private, meaning the group aboard is kept to a small number of guests rather than being combined with strangers on a larger vessel, which suits families or friend groups who want the boat to themselves.
Guests can connect a phone to the onboard Bluetooth speakers and play their own music throughout the trip. The tour is BYOB, and paper cups are welcome on the boat, though glass cups are not. Water, towels, and gratuity are not included, so plan accordingly.
No hotel pickup is provided, so guests arrange their own transportation to the meeting point on Ala Moana Boulevard. After boarding, the crew gives introductions and a safety speech before the boat heads out, and the itinerary wraps up after the sunset portion of the cruise.
