Before going, there are several practical points to know. Rental equipment must be handled with care, as intentional or deliberate misuse of gear or vessels is charged at current fair market value. Cancellations must be made by phone. Weather calls are made on the day of the dive, and shore dives or boat dives may be affected by conditions at that time. A rain-check credit is issued when a cancellation results from extenuating circumstances or when weather prevents a dive from going forward. No-shows are charged the full amount, and all sales are final.
