From December through April, Hawaii Ocean Adventure Tours offers some of the North Shore's most intimate humpback whale encounters. The timing couldn't be better planned. These humpbacks travel thousands of miles to Hawaiian waters specifically to mate, give birth, and nurse their young. December through April is when they're most active in our waters, and whale watching Haleiwa puts you right in their winter playground.

Private charters start from $400 for up to six passengers, reaching $550 depending on your vessel choice.
