About this experience
S.F.C. Individuals can join a group lesson at a time that fits their schedule. The lesson begins on land with safety and beach instruction before moving into the water with an instructor. A surfboard, leash, and rash guard are all provided, so no equipment rental is needed separately.
Guests should plan to arrive early to check in before the lesson begins. Bring a towel, water shoes, and sunscreen, as those are not included. If surf or weather conditions become unsafe, the school may move the session to a different south shore location and will notify guests of any change. If conditions prevent the lesson from running at all, the school will reschedule for the following day. Larger groups can be accommodated with advance notice.
