White Plains Beach

White Plains Beach is in Kalaeloa near Kapolei, and the State's draft Kalaeloa master plan lists it, with Nimitz Beach and Eisenhower Beach, among the area's popular recreational beaches. The plan counts it among the lands the Navy kept when Naval Air Station Barbers Point was designated for closure. The draft plan says Kalaeloa was known for marine resources, body boarding and surfing.
