About this experience
Coral Reef Dives takes guests out from Ala Wai Harbor to visit two coral reef sites off Waikiki. Following that dive, the boat moves to the second site with a surface interval in between. Once both dives are complete, the boat returns to the harbor.
All required scuba equipment, a wetsuit, boat fees, and a private instructor as a dive guide are included. Gratuities for the guide and captain, anti-nausea medication, and a dive computer are not included. Optional add-ons such as enriched air and a GoPro package are available.
Marine life that may be encountered includes Hawaiian green sea turtles, moray eels, octopus, nudibranchs, monk seals, spinner dolphins, hawksbill sea turtles, and humuhumunukunukuapua'a. Those who are pregnant, have asthma, or have a history of seizures should consult a physician before booking. Plan to arrive early to allow time for parking. Bring a water canteen, towel, reef-safe mineral sunblock, a hat, and sunglasses.
