Private Charter Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled sail. Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to sail time will receive a full refund. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE WITH LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE OR NO SHOWS. If you need to reschedule within 72 hours, accommodations will be made based on availability but are not guaranteed. Full refunds or rebooking options are provided in case of operator cancellation due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Weather Policy: Private charters operate rain or shine. Hawaii's changing weather is often part of the experience, and light rain or normal sea conditions are considered safe to sail. If the captain and crew determine conditions are unsafe, the charter will be cancelled and a full refund or rescheduling option offered.
